The Village Gateway Office building has been sold for $7,000,000. Lockwood has now brokered the sale of this building on two occasions to include the previous sale to Hyspan Precision Products for $4,800,000 who then sold it to HP Investors. Lockwood managed and leased this 3 story building since 1989 and was responsible for the original transformation of the buildings use as the corporate headquarters for McMahan Furniture Company to a multi-tenant 3 story office building. The new owner will now remodel and repurpose the building to be able to take advantage of its irreplaceable location and its forever views of the Pacific Ocean and the Buena Vista Lagoon which is the largest freshwater Lagoon along the California coastline.
