Lockwood Commercial Realty was founded in 2009 by Chuck Currey, Owner and Broker, who has been leasing and managing commercial property in San Diego County since 1989. From our office at 2725 Jefferson Street in Carlsbad Village, we handle sales, leasing, property management and consultation for industrial, retail, office and land, and we manage commercial and industrial business park associations.

Much of our work is long term. Some of the properties in our care have been with Chuck for more than thirty years, and today the portfolio includes retail centers, office buildings, industrial parks and owner associations from Stanton to San Diego.

We also help owners find the right use for a building. At Jefferson Village we converted former dental offices into executive suites that were fully leased within a year.
