Kevin Miller brings more than 11 years of Commercial Lending and SBA experience to his position as Director of Finance at Lockwood Commercial Realty. Kevin is here to assist the Commercial Brokerage Community with innovative financing structures, stemming from his numerous years achieving President Club status and #1 Business Development Office, company-wide with Wachovia Small Business Capital 1998-2005.

Kevin held subsequent positions at Southern California Community Banks where he mastered the Secondary market of Commercial Lending and setup a direct lending channel to the Secondary market he utilizes to this day.

Since joining LCR, Kevin has proven himself to be a respected and knowledgeable professional. His diligence, attention to detail and ability to meet crucial deadlines all equate to timely, trouble-free closings; and his advanced financial knowledge and underwriting skills have earned him a reputation as a deal closer who will find a way to make a transaction work.

Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business & Finance from California State University, Fresno. Active in his community, he is a member of the Encinitas Rotary and regularly volunteers on various committees for the Encinitas Main Street Association. In addition, he frequently addresses business and professional organizations on topics dealing with small business lending.
