Chip Currey is the creative force behind designing and implementing the Lockwood brand. He applying the same creativity to learning the commercial property entitlement and development process.

Chip grew up working as a builder, painter, janitor, maintenance man, site supervisor, equipment operator, and more in an attempt to understand every aspect of commercial real estate.

Chip was naturally drawn to problem-solving, building computers as early as 8 and engines at 15, and his emergence as the leader and founder of several clubs and groups at both the high school and college level led him to seek out a career where he could apply a creative approach to leading a variety of people toward a common goal.

Chip works as a listing agent on multi-tenant office buildings, and as a property manager, when he is not out scouting for potential development sites.
